RAFT polymerization is a technique of controlled living radical polymerization allowing synthesis of polymers with a narrow range of molecular weight distribution. Among the controlled living radical polymerizations, RAFT polymerization has advantages: applicable to a variety of radical polymerizable monomers; the reaction system contains no halogen and heavy metal; etc.
