Wakopak® Wakosil® 5C8, 5C4, 5C4-200
Wakopak® Wakosil® 5C8, 5C4, 5C4-200 is a HPLC column packed with silica gel which is chemically modified with octyl groups or butyl groups.
Wakopak® Wakosil® 5C4-200 is often used for samples of moderate to high polarity. It is also effective for ion-pair chromatography, showing high recovery rate in analysis and fractionation of proteins with molecular weights of about 10,000 to 100,000.
