HPLC Column for Oligo DNA Analysis

Wakopak® Wakosil®-DNA

A dedicated column developed for the analysis and fractionation of oligonucleotides.

Efficient analysis and fractionation of synthetic ssDNA (single-stranded DNA) up to several tens of mer for each 1 mer difference. In particular, these analytical columns for oligonucleotide are said to be largely dependent on the quality of the raw material silica gel, but the Wakopak® Wakosil®-DNA uses well-selected silica gel and exhibits high separation capacity and recovery rate.

In addition, the quality is assured by the analysis test of oligo DNA for each lot of packing agent.
