NH2 Silica Gel 60F254 Plate-Wako is a series of this layer chromatography plate, on which aminopropyl-modified silica gel is applied, so it is generally applicable to separate acidic compounds. Since a green background by exposure to ultraviolet light (λ = 254 nm).

Wako distributes the following TLC plates:
First two, which thickness of silica gel layer are 0.75 mm and 0.5 mm are suitable for preparative.
The others, which layer thickness is 0.25 mm are for separation condition.
