Do not administer it to human.IDH (isocitric acid dehydrogenase) is an oxidation-reduction enzyme that interconverts between isocitric acid and α-ketoglutaric acid, and three types of IDH such as IDH1 (cytosolic, NADP +-dependent), IDH2 (mitochondrial, NADP +-dependent) and IDH3 (mitochondrial, NAD+-dependent) are present in mammals. Gene mutations in IDH1/2 are frequently detected in astrocytoma, oligodendroglioma, oligoastrocytoma, or secondary glioblastoma and have been reported to be deeply involved in glioma. This product is an antibody that recognizes the IDH1 variant (IDH1-R132H/R132S/R132G) and the IDH2 variant (IDH2-R172M/R172S/R172G). |
