Wakopak® Wakobeads-T Series
Wakopak® Wakobeads-T Series is HPLC column for analysis of sugars, sugar alcohols, and organic acids. Wakopak® Wakobeads-T Series is filled with styrene-divinylbenzene-based porous spherical gel. In sugar analysis, it is possible to analyze from monosaccharides to polysaccharides by molecular size.
Depending on the type of packing agent, FUJIFILM offers different column sizes, including economy columns and small-sized columns.
Features
- Capable of analyzing from monosaccharides to polysaccharides (up to a molecular weight of several hundred thousand) by molecular size
- Capable of separating and analyzing oligosaccharides of different types with the same molecular weight
- A lineup of special columns for organic acid analysis (T-132-E) and columns for rapid analysis of sweeteners (T-131-S)
- Capable of simultaneous separation of monosaccharides and sugar alcohols as well as separation of disaccharides
- Retention time can be adjusted by changing the volume of organic solvent (T-100-S)
