Autoantibody titers in serum of MRL/lpr mice (n = 7) were measured over time. In the clinical trial, antibody titers of IgG-RF antibody, IgM-RF antibody, and anti ssDNA were significantly inhibited compared to a 20-week-old MRL/lpr mouse (*p<0.05)
