| Outline | This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human. When added to culture medium containing undifferentiated human ES/iPS cells, it can selectively kill and eliminate human ES/iPS cells. Since rBC2LCN has a very high affinity for sugar chains on the cell surface of undifferentiated human ES/iPS cells, it can be used as a marker for undifferentiated human ES/iPS cells. After binding to cell surface glycans, rBC2LCN-PE38 enters the cell, inhibits protein synthesis, and induces cell death. |
