| Outline | It exhibits strong inhibitory effects against fibrinolytic/coagulatory proteinase (trypsin, plasma kallikrein, plasmin, thrombin, C1r, C1 esterase). Its inhibitory effects against pancreatin and pancreatic kallikrein are weak and it does not inhibit alpha-chymotrypsine, pepsin, bromelain and semialkaline proteinases. It shows antifibrinolytic and antipancreatitis activities. Item listed in the Japanese Pharmacopoeia (proteinase inhibitor, therapeutic for pancreatic diseases). (This product is a reagent and, therefore, cannot be used as a pharmaceutical product.) |
