Overview / Applications

Outline This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human.
Monoclonal Anti Sia α2-3 antibody is produced by hybridoma clone HYB4, established by fusing mouse myeloma cells PAI and lymphocytes of C3H/Ne mice immunized with glycolipid α2-3nLc4Cer (Neu5Ac α2-3Gal β1-4GlcNAc β1-3Gal β1-4Glc β1-1Cer) which was adsorbed with bacterial cell walls prepared from Salmonella minnesota strain.
This antibody was purified from serum-free cultured supernatant by using Protein A affinity chromatography.
Working Dilution:
SDS-PAGE/Western Blot: 10 - 50 μg/mL
ELISA: 5 - 25 μg/mL
