This enzyme reagent is prepared by purification of the enzymes that are produced from Aspergillus Orizae, containing various types of enzymes. Particularly, its phosphatase titer is strongly and uniformly adjusted; therefore, in the assay of vitamin B1 and B2, this enzyme reagent can be used for degradation from the binding form to the free form of vitamin B1 and B2. This preparation is equivalent with Taka-diastase U.
