Column and six-buffer kit for mass purification of EVs
The practical application of extracellular vesicles (EVs) such as exosomes requires technology that can isolate and purify large quantities of highly pure EVs from large volumes of cell culture supernatants.
Fujifilm Wako has developed "MassivEV™ EV Purification Column PS" for mass EV purification. By using this product and the dedicated buffer "MassivEV™ Purification Buffer Set", EVs can be easily isolated and purified from liter-scale cell culture supernatant.
