Soil Analysis

Adjusting the soil's nutrient status to the level required by a particular crop is important for normal growth. In addition, soil contaminated with hazardous substances may have a deleterious effect on health when the contaminated soil is ingested directly or when such substances leach into the groundwater used for drinking. Soil contamination is regulated by the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Act, and the testing methods are specified by JIS(Japanese Industrial Standards). Fujifilm Wako offers a wide range of products, including standard solutions for volatile organic compounds (VOCs) that comply with JIS K 0125, as well as various standard solutions for elements and pesticide mixtures to support soil analysis.​
