Test media for coliforms and Escherichia coli. "AquaTest" series
This series consists of pyruvate-supplemented X-GAL-MUG media, which have been added to the culture media for the defined substrate technology. These are test media for coliforms and Escherichia coli.
Just add the sample water and culture for 24 hours. The result will be readily available: it is coliform positive if it changes to blue, and it is Escherichia coli positive if it develops fluorescence when irradiated with black light.

Space-saving ATB series
A powder medium is sealed in a resin bag. The test can be initiated simply by opening the bag and adding the sample water.
Orthodox ATII series
Right: 100mL
Available in resin bottles. High transparency allows for clear observation of color development and luminescence.

The medium composition is based on the specific enzyme substrate medium method, which is listed as a test method for fecal indicator coliforms and E. coli in the Japanese drinking water test method.
Comparator
This is a comparator (colorimetric tube) to compare with the sample. The sample can be assessed as negative if it is less bluish.
