Polymer Gel Wakopak® Wakobeads® -G Series

Wakopak® Wakobeads® (WB)-G series is an HPLC column filled with a polyacrylic acid esters porous spherical gel and was designed on the basis of aqueous GPC separation.

This column is designed for aqueous GPC analysis but is packed uniformly in high density with a chemically stable and less swollen / contracted gel. So it can be used in mixture with an organic solvent or 100% organic solvent. The recommended organic solvents are methanol, acetone, chloroform, dioxane, tetrahydrofuran, N,N-dimethylformamide, and dimethyl sulfoxide.

Four types by each exclusion limit of molecular weight are available. Cartridge precolumn WB-F (1 holder + 4.0 mm x 10 mm cartridge) and replacement cartridge column WB-FC (4 pieces per cartridge) are available for protection of the analytical column.
