SPE Column Polymer-based Mix Mode (Reverse-phase + Ion Exchange)
Presep® RPP-ion exchange column is a pretreatment column for solid-phase extraction, consisting of the divinylbenzene-methacrylate polymer with ion exchange group. It has both reverse-phase and ion exchange modes and is suitable for the selective extraction of acidic and basic compounds.
If Presep® RPP-ion exchange columns are preconditioned using two protocols, the most suitable column can be selected. These protocols are most suitable for the selective extraction of target substances and initial examination of contaminant component removal.

Solid-phase extraction column made by filling a carrier in which a cation exchange group (sulfonic acid group) is bonded to a polymer having hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups.
It selectively extracts basic compounds.

Solid-phase extraction column made by filling a carrier in which a weak cation exchange group (carboxyl group) is bonded to a polymer having hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups.It selectively extracts strongly basic compounds.
