Outline This product is commonly used for buckwheat, agar for mitsumame (mixture of boiled beans, agar cubes, fruit pieces and syrup), caramel, drops, jelly, and ice cream.
Based on the criteria for use of food additives, this product is not allowed to be used for kelps, meat, fresh fish and shellfish (including whale meat), tea, lavers, beans, vegetables, and 'wakame' seaweed.
This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human.
