Intracerebral infusion

After inserting a 33 G needle into the mouse cerebral cortex, 1 µL of Microglia Remover (for Control) or Microglia Remover was injected, respectively, and sampled after 3 days.

In the control group, microglia (or macrophages) accumulated in large numbers at the site of injury.
On the other hand, the “Microglia Remover” group showed inhibition of the accumulation of microglia in the injured area and observed a decrease or regression in the number of microglia in the surrounding area.

Clodronate liposomes may precipitate after long-term storage. slowly invert the vial several times until the suspension appears homogeneous by visual inspection.
