Protocol
Intracerebral infusion
- 1-2 μL Microglia Remover or Microglia Remover (for Control) are infused into the cerebral parenchyma.
- Assess the depletion of microglia in 1-3 days post-infusion.

After inserting a 33 G needle into the mouse cerebral cortex, 1 µL of Microglia Remover (for Control) or Microglia Remover was injected, respectively, and sampled after 3 days.
