How to use
For a 6 well plate (9.6 cm2 / well)
- Add 1.5 mL of Easy iMatrix-511 per well (0.25 μg / cm2).
- Leave for 1 hour at 37 °C, 3 hours in room temperature, or overnight at 4°C to allow coating of the culture surface by iMatrix-511 or iMatrix-511 silk.
- Remove the Easy iMatrix-511 solution after coating, and immediately seed the cells to avoid drying of the surface.
※Try not to let the coating surface dry out.
