JCRB Cell Line Ordering Stepwise Procedure (Quick Guide)
Click on below "Place your JCRB Cell Line Order" button.
- Review the "How to order" page on JCRB Website. Confirm that Pricing Information, Distributorship information, Cancellation Policy, and Shipping schedule are acceptable for your project needs.
- Click "Cell search top", in the upper left-hand corner of the side navigation panel.
- If you know which cell line you are trying to order, use the "Quick search" or "Advanced search" applications to locate the cell line of interest. If you want to browse for cell lines, use the "Alphabetical List" or "Animal/Tissue List".
- Identify the cell line(s) you wish to order and click "Order" to the left of the description to add the respective item to your shopping cart. To add more items to your cart, click "Additional order" and proceed to Step 5 of this procedure. To proceed to checkout, select "Order form(SSL)" and proceed to Step 7 of this procedure. To remove an item from your order, click "Cancel" on the right-hand side of the description.
- Add more items: You have selected "Additional order" and are now viewing what you currently have in your cart. Next, select the green plus sign next to "Search Box" on the upper left-hand side of your item descriptions for a drop-down version of the "Quick search" application you used in Step 3. You may select "View Cart" on the upper right-hand side of the item descriptions to view your selected items and proceed to checkout.
- Repeat Steps 3-5 as necessary.
- You are ready for checkout and have selected "Order form(SSL)". Please review the ordering process, cancellation policy, and agreement. If you agree to the terms, select "Order form for outside Japan(SSL)".
- Confirm your items are correct. If you have an account, select "User login" and enter your credentials; if you do not, select "User registration".
- Follow onscreen instructions until the order is placed. Note: Payment is NOT required at the time of order placement. FUJIFILM Wako Chemicals Europe GmbH will follow up to collect payment.
After Order Submission
You will be prompted to sign "Form A". Please sign and send it back to FUJIFILM Wako Chemicals Europe GmbH promptly. This will expedite the shipping process.
Order Cancelation Policy
All order cancellation requests must be made PRIOR to submitting signed "Form A". Once a signed "Form A" has been submitted, that order is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund. Therefore, if, for any reason, the purchaser wishes to cancel a pending order, they must adhere to this cancellation policy.
