Y-27632, MF

ROCK inhibitor

Y-27632 improves the viability and cloning efficiency of human ES/ iPS cells after cryopreservation. Furthermore, Y-27632 can be used with EGF, CHIR99021, A-83-01, and SB431542 to establish Trophoblast stem (TS) cells from human blastocysts.

Inhibitor of ALK4, ALK5, and ALK7

A-83-01 enables long-term and consistent culture of rat and canine iPS cells in a state maintaining the undifferentiated state.. Furthermore, the use of A-83-01 with Y-27632 and CHIR99021 induces reprogramming of rat and mouse mature hepatocytes into liver progenitors that can be cultured stably in vitro

SB431542, MF

Inhibitor of ALK4, ALK5, and ALK7

SB431542 promotes proliferation, differentiation and sheet formation of ES cells-derived endothelial cells. It also improves reprogramming efficiency and speed when used with PD0325901 and thiazovivin. It has also been reported that cells induced by SB43154, CHIR99021, and dorsomorphin have significantly improved differentiation efficiency and speed.
