Highly Cross-linked Polystyrene Support "Aminolinker PS"
The Highly Cross-linked Polystyrene Supports provides significant benefits for oligonucleotide synthesis. It delivers high coupling efficiency and excellent reagent washing efficiency during the synthesis process, resulting in oligonucleotides of higher purity compared to other supports. Additionally, its superior physical strength minimizes damage during synthesis. Its low-swelling property ensures minimal volume change throughout the process, eliminating the need to take swelling into consideration when packing the support into reaction vessels. As a result, it can be used as easily as controlled pore glass (CPG).
"Aminolinker PS" is a solid support specifically designed for the chemical synthesis of oligonucleotides. It features a porous, low-swelling polystyrene matrix. The physical characteristics of the polystyrene resin--such as particle size, shape, and pore size--are precisely controlled. This support is provided in its native form, functionalized with an amino linker. Nucleosides or universal linkers can be conjugated to it for oligonucleotide synthesis. Bulk quantities and custom modifications tailored to your specifications are also available. Please contact us for further details.
