For the detection of phosphorylated proteins by Western blot
Phos-tag™ Biotin Probe
Phos-tag™ Biotin is a biotinylated Phos-tag™ that can be used for the detection of phosphorylated proteins by Western blot.
Features
- Able to detect phosphorylated proteins with high sensitivity.
- Phos-tag™ binding is not dependent on the composition of amino acids.
- The procedure is similar to conventional Western blot.
