Phosphorylation Reagents
A phosphoramidites is synthesized by reacting an amidite synthetic reagent such as 2-cyanoethyl N,N,N',N'-tetraisopropyl phosphorodiamidate with appropriately protected nucleosides. Fujifilm Wako supplies amidite synthetic reagent for which stability tests have been performed.
