Activators
The phosphoramidite method which is solid phase synthesis is used in oligonucleotide synthesis. The reactant of phosphoramidite is activated by activator and target oligonucleotide is obtained by reaction with 5'-OH of another nucleotide. The activation reagents are available from FUJIFILM Wako.
