Non-specific adsorption of proteins and peptides is suppressed and sample loss is reduced by creating a hydrophilic surface by uniformly treating the photo crosslinked super hydrophilic polymer. Since the substrate and polymer are chemically bonded, there is no need to worry about the elution of the polymer from the container.

Greatly improved organic solvent and heat resistance*

Organic solvent and heat resistance, which were difficult with conventional coatings, are maintained by coating with covalent bonds to the substrate by photocrosslinking.

Results of Protein Absorption

The figure shows an experimental result by the use of various kind of enzyme conjugate proteins. ProteoSave SS showed no protein absorption.

Attached 0.1~0.8 μg/ml solution proteins to vials.

Incubated the vials at 37℃ for 1hour.

Washed the vials with washing buffer (pH7.4 Buffer+0.05%Tween20: detergent)

Detected (colorimetric substrate) quantity of adsorbed protein on the vial surfaces.
