  • As a paper towel after hand washing
    It can disinfect simply by wiping and washing your hands. No need to worry about rough hands caused by alcohol.
  • For disaster preparation kits
    It is ideal for disaster preparation kits since it is a dry-paper towel. It is suitable for long-term storage, and can easily be used without worrying about the storage conditions after opening.
  • For clearing
    It can disinfect surfaces by wiping them with a little water.

Performance Test

Conducted the same performance test as the wet wipe

The performance test was conducted following the "Performance Testing Method for Wet Wipes", which is an accredited testing organization of the Japan Hygiene Products Industry Association.

Target bacteria E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus

Test result

A certain amount of JIS hard water was impregnated into the dry-paper sheet containing the main component CPC, and a performance test was conducted to investigate the effect.

Result E. coli was disinfected by 99.9% or more.
Staphylococcus aureus was disinfected by 99% or more.

Virus inactivation test

CPC (cetylpyridinium chloride) was confirmed to inactivate the virus in a virus inactivation test.

Evaluation of the efficacy of CPC against SARS-CoV-2 (antiviral test)

An aqueous solution of 0.05% cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) was confirmed to reduce SARS-CoV-2 by 99.99%.

  • It is effective when it contains the optimum amount of water (½ teaspoon water). The effect cannot be obtained in a dry state or under excess water.
  • Not all bacteria can be disinfected.
  • CPC does not inactivate all viruses.
  • If you notice any abnormalities on your skin, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
  • Do not flush it down the toilet as it does not dissolve in water.
  • Keep it away from the sun, high temperature, and humidity.
  • This cannot be used for anything other than disinfecting environmental surfaces that can be touched by hands (equipment, doorknobs, desks, beds, wheelchairs, switches, handrails, etc.).
  • Avoid using it on equipment that is affected by CPC and EDTA-2NA.
