Outline	This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human.It is a catalyst made of mesoporous silica covalent bonded with oxovanadium compounds. Usually, when kinetic optical resolution is conducted using lipase, only a half of racemic enantiomers reacts, so that yield of the products will be up to 50%. The catalyst can racemize the remained non-reactive enantiomers, and it is possible to obtain optically active substances with yield of 100% by using them in combination with lipase.
