| Outline | This is anhydrous sodium sulfate prepared by decreasing the contents of dioxins and coplanar PCBs to meet the suitability for analysis of dioxins and adjusting the particle size; it is a reagent used exclusively for the analysis of dioxins. Manuals and guidelines for the analysis of dioxins, JIS K0311, and K0312 specify methods for sample cleanup using multilayer silica gel column chromatography and sulfuric acid treatment _ _ silica gel chromatography.This is sodium sulfate most suited to silica gel chromatography with multilayer columns and after treatment with sulfuric acid. |
