Antimicrobial activity against gram positive and negative bacteria are higher approxymately 4 times than Lysozyme from chicken egg albumen. Antimicrobial activity is same with native human Lysozyme. Unit definition: One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will cause a change in absorbance of 0.001 at 450 nm using a suspension of Micrococcus bacteria as substrate.
