Application

Overview / Applications

Outline Ion-pair chromatography (IPC) is a method widely used to analyze the sample containing an ionic or ionizable component by reverse phase HPLC. Counter ions are added to the mobile phase to form ion pairs with the sample ions and separate and analyse the sample by reverse phase HPLC.Recently, HPLC analysis has very often determined the absorbance of short wavelength UV. Similarly for the IPC method, those using short wavelength UV have been adopted as the official methods, etc. This product is a test solution in which UV absorption in the short wavelength range is maintained at as low a level as possible. It is most suitable for the IPC method using short wavelength UV, which is difficult with the conventional product.
