Outline	This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human. Reagent is used for Mitsunobu reaction. This is 40%(wt/wt)toluene solution. (approximately 2.2mol/L) Use of DEAD and TPP (triphenylphosphine) for the hydroxyl group of an alcohol leads to progression of nucleophilic substitution with stereoinversion. In addition, use of (diacetoxyiodo)benzene allows us to reduce DEAD to the catalytic amount. [But, T. Y. S. and Toy, P. H.: J. Am. Chem. Soc., 128, 9636 (2006).]
