| Outline | For the measurement of residual chlorine, DPD method and o-tolidine method are available. The DPD method is a method to measure residual chlorine by utilizing a red color developed when N,N-diethyl-p-phenylene diamine is oxided to semiquinone. This product is a mixed powder containing N,N-diethyl-p-phenylene diamine and anhydrous sodium sulfate, both used in the DPD method, in a ratio of 1:24. |
