Calcium Vanadate Apatite is a catalyst in which the phosphate moiety of hydroxyapatite is replaced with a vanadic acid anion. It is used in the Michael reaction in water. In addition, when reacted with ketones in deuterium, it can effectively replace the hydrogen at α position with a deuterium.
