Outline	This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human.It is known as an oxidizing agent, and oxidizes primary and secondary alcohols to the corresponding carbonyl compounds. It is known that when it reacts with saturated alcohols having primary and secondary alcohols under the phase-transfer reaction conditions, secondary alcohols are selectively oxidized ¹⁾.
