Outline	Amino Acid Analysis Reagents are high-purity reagents from which ninhydrine positive components that would cause interference in the analysis have been removed.The fluorometric analysis (OPA method) by o-phthalaldehyde is available for detection of primary amines including catecholamines, polyamines, amino acids and peptides at a highest sensitivity. Reaction between OPA and amino acids takes place in a borate buffer in the presence of a thiol compound.This product is extremely pure with particularly low fluorescent background.
