| Outline | This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human. IL-4 is produced by Th2 cells or mast cells. It exerts various actions on various immunocytes and blood cells including induction of B cell, T cell and mast cell proliferation, induction of IgG1 and IgE production by B cells, inhibition of inflammatory cytokine production by monocytes/macrophages. Working Dilution: 0.1 - 1.0 mg/mL in sterilized water. For long storage after reconstitution, add a carrier protein into the above mentioned solution before dilution, aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C to avoid the repeated freeze-thaw cyclesl.
