Anti ATRX, Monoclonal Antibody (AMab-6)

ATRX (α-Thalassemia/mental retardation syndrome X-linked) is a core component of a chromatin remodeling complex active in telomere biology. Mutations in ATRX gene have been identified in multiple tumor types and appear to cause alternative lengthening of telomeres (ALT).
Among some kind of gliomas, it is reported as IDH mutation, 1p/19q co-deletion and ATRX mutation are occurred and the detection of these marker is contribute to classify the type of the gliomas.
Anti ATRX, monoclonal antibody (AMab-6) is established against recombinant ATRX protein.
