1×Buffer Series
This is a series of 1 × general-purpose buffers that can be used directly without dilution. All products are 5 L in volume, packaged, sterilized and come with a cap and faucet.

Usage
1. Open the box at the circular cut line on the top of the box and remove the cap and faucet.
2. Pull the cap of the container upwards to expose the cap.
3. Replace the cap of the container with the cap that has an associated faucet.
4. Flip the box so that the tap faces down and turn the faucet to release the buffer.

This product is used to prepare agarose gel and is also used as a running buffer for agarose gel electrophoresis.
Composition：20 mmol/L Acetic Acid, 1 mmol/L EDTA, 40 mmol/L Tris-HCl, pH7.4
SDS-PAGE Buffer, pH8.5
This product is used as a running buffer for SDS-PAGE.
Composition：192 mmol/L Glycine , 0.1 w/v% SDS, 25 mmol/L Tris-HCl, pH8.5
