Xylene (for Pathology Research)
Xylene can be used as a clearing agent to prepare pathological specimens, as well as for cytology.
This product contains a dehydrating agent (molecular sieve) in addition to special grade xylene to reduce the water content. Since the molecular sieves are contained in bags (50 g × 1 bag), almost no fine powder floats in the product. Type 4A, which is compatible with xylene and acetone, is used.
