OECD Culture Medium, Stock Solution I, II, III & IV are intended for preparation of OECD culture medium as described in OECD Guidelines for Testing of Chemicals, specifically with respect to Guideline 201: Algal Growth Inhibition Test.
The Algal Growth Inhibition Test uses WET (Whole Effluent Toxicity) test method which measures the effect of wastewater on specific test organisms' ability to survive, grow and reproduce.

For preparation of 1L of OECD Culture Medium based on OECD Test Guidelines 201, take the OECD Medium, Stock solution I - IV as shown below, mix together and dilute with ion-exchanged water, etc. to make the 1L solution.
