Outline	This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human. Ni-NTA agarose is used for the purification of histidine-tagged proteins. This product uses nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) with four chelating sites as a ligand. It has stronger bond between the nickel ions than iminodiacetic acid (IDA) with three interacting sites. As a result, the nickel ions are prevented from spilling, and in return, a decrease in yield is prevented.
