| Outline | It is used as a Tris buffer. It exhibits strong buffering effect between pH 7.0 and 9.0 and the buffer solution has no inhibitory effect on enzymes and is stable for a long storage. It is not hygroscopic and stable for a long period of time at room temperature. Optical density: E (260 nm)=max. 0.03 (2 mol/L)DNase activity and RNase activity have been confirmed as the grade for molecular biology. |
