[NIPPON GENE] Reverse Transcriptases
NIPPONGENE provides moloney murine leukemia virus (M-MLV)- and avian myeloblastosis virus (AMV)-derived reverse transcriptases. M-MLV-derived reverse transcriptases are available in both modified (RNaseH-) and wild-type (RNaseH+) forms. In general, the modified form is selected when cDNA yield is prioritized, and the wild type is selected when RT-PCR efficiency is prioritized.
