Immunoaffinity Column for Mycotoxin Cleanup "SmartColumn Series"

This product is an immunoaffinity column (IAC) to efficiently purify and concentrate mycotoxin in samples. IAC can perform highly selective pretreatment because the antibody supported by the column binds specifically to the mycotoxin (antigen) in the sample.
Moreover, since the "SmartColumn Series" has high solvent resistance to acetonitrile and methanol, which are essential for mycotoxin analysis, testing and pretreatment can be streamlined.

AFLAKING

It is possible to clean up aflatoxins with a small amount of extract.
It is possible to purify aflatoxins B₁, B₂, G₁, G₂, and M₁
It is also possible to analyze spices accurately.

AFLAKING STC

It is reactive with all aflatoxins (B₁, B₂, G₁, G₂, M₁) and sterigmatocystin.
It is possible to perform concentration and purification with a small amount of extract and to shorten the pretreatment time significantly.

OCHRAKING

It is possible to purify ochratoxin A and B.
It has high organic solvent resistance, and it is possible to perform rapid clean-up with a small amount of sample solution.
