Overview
Human RNase P Primer/Probe Mix is a pre-mixed reagent needed to detect human RNase P gene in samples by real-time PCR with TaqMan® probe. By detecting RNase P gene in samples as an internal control, it can be confirmed that the sample contains human-derived nucleic acid and the real-time PCR was performed correctly.
This product employs a double-quenched probe, which provides greater overall dye quenching, lowering background and increasing signal detection in real-time PCR results.
