This product is globular silica gel (particle size: 35-63 &maicro;m), whose surface is chemically modified with the aminopropyl group. It can be used as a packing material for medium-pressure, flash, open, and solid-phase extraction column chromatography. Because of its large specific surface area (approximately 900 m2/g, normally around 450 m2/g) and strong retention of samples, the product is characterized by its high separation capacity and its capacity to load a large amount of samples.
