TCEP is a thiol-free reducing agent used to selectively break protein disulfide bonds. Sodium hydroxide is used for the pH control. The product has already been filtrated using 0.2 um filter. As a reagent of the molecular biology grade, it has been confirmed for DNase and RNase activities. |
