Outline	This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human. It is TCEP HCl Solution adjusted to the neutrality. TCEP is a thiol-free reducing agent used to selectively break protein disulfide bonds. Sodium hydroxide is used for the pH control. The product has already been filtrated using 0.2 μm filter. We recommended adjusting this solvent to obtain a final concentration of 50 mM in the course of preparing a reducing sample buffer for SDS-PAGE analysis.
