| Outline | In the elementary analysis, the product is added to a sample containing phosphor (P) in order to achieve complete combustion of the sample. Samples containing Na, K, Mg, or Ca, etc. yield carbonates upon combustion which lead to analysis errors of carbon; therefore, this product is added to prevent formation of carbonates. A suitability test has been performed to confirm that the product produces no analysis errors in carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen analyses, and that the reagent blank value is low. |
